Designed to hold heavy-duty, long length carpet and rolled goods, our carpet racking systems are a popular storage solution for small, and large-scale, floor wholesalers and retailers and the textile industry.

Here at WP Group, we have developed a variety of specialist solutions, available in many different configurations to suit various carpet lengths and roll diameters. The carpet rack is made up of several bays of pallet racking and has spacers in between, back to back, and a chipboard base is applied to each level.

Why do you need carpet racking?

All carpet racking systems from WP Group are carefully manufactured to help resist impacts and load pressures, minimising the risk of any damage occurring to your stock whilst it is being stored or handled – allowing you to maintain the quality of the carpet.

Carpet racking is also suitable for counterbalance forklifts which have boom attachments. The forklift driver ‘jousts’ the boom down the length of the central hole, enabling carpets to be picked up safely and lifted onto/off the racking.
